Shipping
Your
order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Please, review our
Return Policy before ordering. You can cancel you order only if your item has not shipped.
All PLETUKO items are shipped Monday trough Friday, except holidays. We ship via USPS ground, which takes 2-7 business days. Express orders are shipped via USPS Express for next day or second day delivery (depends on the delivery area). If express delivery is requested after 2 pm, item will be shipped the next business day. All express orders and orders over $100 require signature conformation no matter you choose to sign for it or not.
All orders within USA are shipped with delivery conformation number. You are welcome to contact us for this tracking number at anytime. If the tracking number shows that USPS has delivered your package, we have fulfilled our responsibility, and have no further obligations. If more than 7 business days have passed, and you have not received your order, please feel free contact us, so that we can track your order for you
. All express orders require signature conformation. Please make sure to request your package from your local USPS office if you were not home at the time of the delivery.
We ship worldwide via Global International USPS mail. Usually, it takes 15-30 days to receive your package overseas. Sometimes, depending on the region, it may take longer. All international orders are insured, however we do not provide tracking number for international shipments. We can only track your order if 30 days since shipping your order have passed.
